Choosing your farmhouse
The prime ingredient of Gozo Farmhouses Ltd is the considerable number of farmhouses, which are available for holiday accommodation. We will guide you in choosing the right farmhouse which suites your needs depending on the unique characteristics which each of our farmhouses has.

Accommodation costs
Budgeting your holiday is important. For full details of our holiday and accommodation prices please contact our reservations representatives. Rates charged depend on the dates/month and are always quoted in Maltese liri.

Terms and methods of payment
50% of total rent of total rent is payable on confirmation of booking (deposit) and the remaining balance is paid prior to arrival at the property.

No partial or total refund of the said deposit or of the rent paid shall be effected in case of late arrival or early departure or in case of cancellation or non-presentation, unless Gozo Farmhouses Ltd, in its sole descretion, elects otherwise.

Support
During your holiday in one of our farmhouses we will make sure that all your expectations are met. If you have any concerns or needs one of our representative will be glad to assist you. All necessary contact numbers will be given to you prior to your arrival.

We reserve the right and the tenants bind themselves to allow it, to enter the property at all reasonable times to carry out any inspection or maintenance or cleaning working therein.

How to book your farmhouse

Pets
Tenants are not allowed to keep dogs, cats or any other animals or pets in the Property without the Owner’s prior written consent.

Inventory / Facilities at your farmhouse
Always available on the premises.

Each farmhouse has: a kitchen or kitchen unit with refrigerator, cooking facilities, pans, cutlery and crockery. Bath/ shower, toilet, beds, blankets and/or quilts.

Furniture and Fittings
Each property includes certain items of furniture and fittings (including TV and its connections, indoor furniture and pool side furniture) which are property of the Owner. The Tenants undertake to keep the Property and all of the aforesaid items of furniture and fittings in a good state of maintenance and repair and shall be responsabile for any damages caused to the property or any other items of furniture and fittings.

Access to your farmhouse
Our farmhouses are located in different parts of Gozo. Some of them are near city areas while others are in rural/countryside areas. Some of the roads are well maintained while others may be rough. In any case all farmhouses are accessible.

Discrepancies or omissions
This website has been created with the utmost care. Gozo Farmhouses Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any discrepancies or omissions. Should any mistakes on this website, once known to us, influence your booking, you will be informed.

Swimming pool
It is possible that the swimming pool belonging to the accommodation cannot be used in the early and late season. In exceptional situations the pool may need repair or the water may need to be cleaned. We cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Pool sizes are given with every farmhouse description.

Privacy
All our farmhouses have been projected in such a way as to ensure high levels of privacy during your stay with us.
